The hotel had extremely good and comfortable rooms, but they were ridiculously cramped, ugly, and smelly. The service was efficient and competent, and the staff were a credit to the venue, especially one bar staff who went the extra mile for us. The location was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, although it was quite small to fit in. The dining experience was mixed, with fresh, quality produce but some delays and limited options. Overall, the stay had its highs and lows.
