Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had extremely good and comfortable rooms, but they were ridiculously cramped, ugly, and smelly. The service was efficient and competent, and the staff were a credit to the venue, especially one bar staff who went the extra mile for us. The location was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, although it was quite small to fit in. The dining experience was mixed, with fresh, quality produce but some delays and limited options. Overall, the stay had its highs and lows.
The hotel had clean and pleasant rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, with excellent customer service. The location was lovely, but lacking footpaths outside the grounds. Dining was a mix of delightful meals and some cooking flaws. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and beautiful surroundings.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with great facilities. Despite the rooms being overly hot due to a wedding event, the issue was promptly resolved by the attentive receptionist Terry. The service was brilliant, with just the right level of attentiveness. However, some staff members were unhelpful and rude. The location, although not very spacious, had pretty views and a lovely atmosphere, though lacking safe footpaths outside the grounds. The dining experience was a mix of excellent evening meals but poor breakfast options. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
